Shipping Information

Please contact customer service (customerservice@riecotitan.com) if you are shipping outside of the US or if you have questions regarding lead times/estimated ship dates. Any corrections after the order is processed will be charged a $10 fee.

Return Policy

Rieco-Titan Products accepts returns of unopened items up to 30 days after your original date of order. You need to ship it back at your expense. You will then, pending inspection, receive a credit for the item amount less 20% restocking charge. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original order and must have a RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION to be accepted for credit. Call (866)403.9803 for an RGA number.

Sales Tax

We only collect sales tax on orders shipped to Illinois addresses. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to other states.

Lost/Damaged Items

Notify us within 5 days of receipt of order if an item has been lost or damaged. Please contact Rieco-Titan Products for an authorization number before you return the item. Please retain shipping carton until you are satisfied with your order.
